This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for purchases made on firstplace.run ("firstplace", "we", "us", or "our"). Payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as our merchant of record.

1. What you are purchasing

firstplace.run offers a one-time payment that unlocks lifetime access to generate bar chart races from your Google Search Console data. This is a digital product delivered immediately after successful payment.

2. Refund eligibility

We want you to be happy with firstplace. You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase if:

• You are unable to use the service due to a technical issue on our side that we cannot resolve within a reasonable time
• The product does not work as described and we cannot fix the problem
• You purchased by mistake and have not meaningfully used the unlocked features

Refunds are generally not available after 14 days, if you have already generated and exported races with your unlocked access, or if we determine the request involves abuse of this policy (such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles).

3. How to request a refund

Email us at ferjani.nader69@gmail.com from the same address used for your firstplace account. Include:

• The email address on your firstplace account
• Your Paddle receipt or transaction ID, if you have it
• A brief description of why you are requesting a refund

We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. Chargebacks

If you have a problem with your purchase, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and can result in suspension of your account.

5. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
