firstplace.run lets you connect Google Search Console and visualize your search performance data as animated bar chart races. Features may change over time as we improve the product.

2. Your account

You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep your Google account secure.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use firstplace in any way that violates applicable law
• Attempt to access data you do not have permission to view
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer or misuse the service except where permitted by law

4. Third-party services

firstplace integrates with Google Search Console. Your use of Google services is also subject to Google's terms and policies. We access Search Console data only with your authorization and as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual property

We own firstplace.run, including its software, branding, and design. You retain ownership of your data. We do not claim ownership of your Search Console data or exports you create from it.

6. Disclaimers

firstplace is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of third-party data, or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, firstplace.run and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

You may stop using firstplace at any time by signing out and revoking access in your Google account settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
